high noise levels worn furniture
The location proved convenient with easy access to transportation hubs.
The noise levels were pretty high. The room was dated. I think a refurbishment is overdue because the furniture looked worn.

old furniture disruptive noise
The location was convenient (very close to the train station).
The hotel felt dated with old furniture. It seemed like there had been little investment in updates. I found the noise levels disruptive. Street sounds and noise from other rooms.

varied selections central location good breakfast
The hotel's location near the train station was a big plus. My room was a double or twin room, and its cleanliness impressed me. Breakfast each morning had a great selection, a nice way to start the day.
The lift was a little SLOW at peak times.

damaged mirror broken tiles
the location was definitely convenient, situated near the train station.
the room felt quite outdated and showed signs of wear. some tiles in the bathroom were broken and the mirror was damaged, this was disappointing. there was no hairdryer provided, i had to request it from reception daily.

convenient stay near station
central location helpful staff breakfast option
i like the location near the central station. Restaurants, supermarkets, shops, and tourist attractions are within a short walk. The staff was very helpful and responsive to all our needs. The breakfast had a lot of options and tasted nice.
the hotel is split into different buildings, this was not initially clear. my room was in a separate building across from the main hotel. it was next to a pubwith significant noise at NIGHT.

the reception staff IS friendly and offers assistance at any hour. they are very attentive to guest requests and tries to solve problems quickly. communication with them was smooth and efficient.

the hotel has a lift but only in a portion of the building. there are stairs, especially in the wings with the large rooms. the rooms are clean and spacious, and provide for A comfortable stay.

breakfast offered a decent buffet with multiple choices. the setting for breakfast is nice, and there is plenty OF food. the restaurant next door belongs to the hotel and provide great meals with fast services.
